Lime Vinaigrette

Put this on anything in your pantry and you will smile. Great dressing for a salad but can be added to pasta, lentils, rice, etc.





Ingredients

Fresh juice of 2 limes

½ t kosher salt

1 t honey

1/4 c olive oil

Preparation

In a small mixing bowl, combine lime juice, salt and honey. Slowly add in the olive oil while whisking mixture.

Vinaigrette can be stored for 5 days in airtight container.
