Now that we have some pineapple juice in the house from The Azalea, we discovered another use for it! It's a sweet and smooth drink. I know it's Monday night, but really, does it matter? Happy sheltering.
for two cocktails:
Ingredients
4 oz pineapple juice
1 tsp honey
4 oz bourbon
1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
Preparation
Pour pineapple juice and honey into a shaker and stir together with a long spoon until the honey is dissolved
Add ice to the shaker and then add the bourbon and the lemon juice
Shake and pour into a tumbler filled with ice
