Not only is it Easter weekend but it also was supposed to be the Masters weekend. Augusta National Golf Club holds the Masters Golf Tournament every year on the first weekend of April dating back to 1934 (other than 1943-1945). One of the most iconic items to eat while there is a pimento cheese sandwich, but the ingredients for that did not make it into my quarantine pantry. However, the signature drink of the Masters, the Azalea (named after the plant that is in beautiful bloom on the course at the time of the tournament) is perfect to enjoy while sheltering at home. There may be no golf, but why not have an Azalea anyway.

We snuck onto the 10th hole of our closed course for a cocktail! shhh....
Ingredients
1 ounce lime or lemon juice
1 ounce pinapple juice
3 ounces gin
dash grenadine
Preparation
Mix 1 part lime or lemon juice, 1 part pineapple juice and 3 parts gin in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add grenadine (to get an azalea shade of pink).
Shake, and pour over ice in a highball glass.
