The Embarcadero

We are sheltering in California hence we are mixing up The Embarcadero, a drink that is a twist on the classic Manhattan.




Ingredients

  • 1 oz rye whiskey

  • 1 oz sweet vermouth

  • 1 oz Amaro

  • lemon peel for garnish


Preparation

  • Chill a rocks glass before you begin

  • In a mixing glass or shaker, pour whiskey over ice

  • Add Amaro and sweet vermouth

  • Stir or shake to combine

  • Strain into prepared glass and add ice

  • Garnish with a twist of lemon peel
